After the news release in Dec I would suspect they are going to have to get approval from the exchange. Possibly a shareholder vote to finalize the deal. If any of us wants this to succeed we need to get this deal passed so we can start moving forward again.

According to the financials they have very little cash. Until it starts to trade again they can't raise any money. They need to do what ever the TSX is asking of them to get this trading again.

True. But we have never been given any statement from him since his inception. Is he still around? I suspect the other board members are aware as well. Has anyone tried to reach out to any of them?
