Where is the Commercial Contract? Is there anyone else wondering this? It's all so hard to believe sometimes, We went through hell the last 8-10 years with Scott Nelson and the "other" Board. Now we have a "NEW" Board with a new CEO that doesn't get paid. Everyone on the Board loaded up with stock as the last group did and now here we are AGAIN, the stock drifting away and never ANY positive news other than quarterly reports that say nothing! What's wrong with this picture?

Yes I understand why you feel that way. This has been a long journey. As I said in my last post, I am optimistic and think we will get a commercial agreement this year. Still hoping for Q1 but I won't rule out Q2. When I get feeling the same as you are, I typically go to the Company's website and take a look at the presentation from Nov 24/22 under the Investor tab.and focus on page 17

Royalties and commissions have got to be a major puzzle to put together. Beyond the obvious ( Titanium and zirconium ) there is reclaimed water, oil, and solvents, each with a market value. Then there is the carbon footprint reduction to consider, as well as the ESG component of cleaning up a very dirty process.  They have royalty specialists in upper management now, so I remain hopeful. But
