Close to a deal?
As a fellow CVW mushroom languishing in the darkness of a news blackout I predict the stock will slowly rise higher as a deal approaches and then hopefully will sky rocket. I suspect the delay is in figuring out how to split the proceeds which at this point are unpredictable. When a contract is finally hammered out governments who have bankrolled this effort will take as much credit as possible to prove their willingness to protect the environment - while still profiting from fossil fuels. To be fair this project does deserve praise.
