How much staff time and effort went into the asphalt shingle deal, lots. That's time not spent on getting an agreement with one of the Producers. The deal with ROOF means nothing to me,  revenues are years and more years away. Did nothing for SP, no surprise   Great if you are in your 30's or 40's. Some of us here have already spent over a decade supporting CVW. I believe new CEO is now nearing a couple years in, time to start a cash flow soon. I thought the people were in place to go forward? Can't be held up solely on Govt incentives, I hope not. I have a question for anyone out there. Does the carbon tax hinder the chances of a deal or does it push  the Operators to move faster to clean up the operations? Thanks. Bubbs.

I'm thinking the big players are waiting to see which way the wind blows when or if Trudeau is voted out. I can see the Conservatives going scorched earth on as many Liberal policy/initiatives as they can, before eventually coming up with their own. This could be awhile, as I don't see big oil moving forward unless forced or heavily subsidized. What's another decade at this point?
