Quebec pulling the plug on Crpto mining

Interesting news today...mining is sucking Quebec electricity dry so possibly pulling the plug on crypto companies flocking to the province for cheep power....must be quite a demand for the currency?

They arent ' pulling the plug ' just not allowing new companies until they sort out regs on existing company hydro use. They only want the best companies in.
