This board has become irrelevant.  No comments from 'the company' about what or if they are doing to try to get in compliance with report regulations, no update on product development of any substance, and worse still - no apparent urgency to put this administrative f-up behind them.   Our shares could well be TP at this point, and without any comments from 'the company', how could we ever assume otherwise?

You are a pitiful soul chum. Last I checked it was the company's judiciary accountability to inform the market of it's status, not a lowly shareholder to shake down a CEO for his private thoughts. THIS board is hilarious, anyone backing up forde is comical as well there really is nothing good to say about the job hes done as bo said people have lost there balls because of his lack of execution and disrespectful approach to not deliver and bring any value to shareholders.
