Trade again? "Further to the exchange bulletin issued July 22, 2020, trading in the shares of the company will remain suspended.".

The ticker just got a "Promotion"... a "H" has been added.  CYX  =>  CYX.H   looks like it's going to ...  Delisted...   I'm not happy about this...
