Uplisting to a US market soon!

CZO should trade at a much higher price. The problem is the poor liquidity. News like the one we have today should attract the interest of US analysts. The only way to get more liquidity is to issue more shares, like Gilles did in 2016. Long time shareholders remember that this financing was backed by good news and propulsed the stock from around 70 cents to $2.45 in less than 3 months. This move could be repeated easely now since CZO is a more mature co today that it was four years ago. In my opinion, the Market is ready for this kind of financing. The biotech sector is very hot now as we can see with the number of new shares issued by many small canadian companies (with great success).

Royal, If was a US IB and was going to participate in a Ceapro financing, I would know that it will not be done at these prices, it really is that simple. So, what would I do?  I would be buying the stock as we speak and accumulating at a lower price in the anticipation that the financing price will be at a minimum of $1 US or higher.  There is a lot of green in between so if I were to ...more

Makes no sense to issue paper at these bargain basement prices.  As GIlles mentioned before, once a "event" occurs (ie. PGX deal) the stock should react accordingly.  They appear to be partnering with HCW, so lets see where that goes. I don't know how much capital they need for the German plant and equipment (purchase existing and tweak equipment vs. expensive custom made ...more

Royal, Speaking of your illiquidty statement, since the stock broke below $.80, there has been over 1.2 million shares traded.   All those shares picked up by retail investors, where are all the IB's that should have been accumulating the stock at these prices to effectively bring down any financing costs?  The illiquidity argument holds no water as long as the stock is well ...more

T Hi oats! My point is that illiquidity is a big problem if we want to attract US investors or institutions. If you accumulate 200,000 shares and want to sell in a few weeks, tell me what will happen to the stock price? Another important argument is that illiquidity is the main reason why brokers are staying away. I am not in favor of a financing under $1.00-1.20! We have to wait for good news and ...more

Royal, My main point is that liquidity cannot happen without buyers. You can do a financing at whatever price is reasonable but not sure why a financing is going to create liquidity?  My expectation would be that anyone participating in a financing would hold onto the shares from an investment standpoint, this is not a deemed flipping opportunity.  Therefore, how is the liquidity going ...more

This is a microcap, expect it to be illiquid as it has not been discovered. This is how you play the microcaps.  Get in early before it is discovered. I've held shares in companies that would not trade some days. Nimble retail investors can get shares of companies that funds and instituions cannot get in due to restrictions. The game is to get in before they get discovered so you can ...more
