The SUSPICIOUS boazklinghorn alias who joined in Jan 2021

boazklinghorn alias joined in January 2021 and he has posted only negative comments on CZO's board since then. He has posted a ton of speculation and unfounded allegations. So he does have an agenda. This is not rocket science.

CZO's revenue YoY growth is there and prove what Gilles has accomplished so far. On top of this, CZO is profitable with positive operating cash flow, zero debt and a significant amount of cash. Period.

Excellent said, Ciao.

You must have missed reading PofF posts.

You've been posting here since Jan. 15 with only negativie comments so your agenda is pretty well apparent.

There is one company I follow, XBC that was trading for pennies 10 years ago.  It recently became a billion dollar company. The same CEO. What has happened in the last 4 years is the move from selling gas dryers to the acceptance of renewable natural gas where they already had equipment for purifying biogases, and hydrogen. They abandoned any business related to the oil and gas sector. They pivoted hard and fast, patient shareholders or those who got into the name as they pivoted into cleantech were rewarded.

You likely know the history here; so top line growth for commodity versions of BG / AV will not be a company maker. The transition to a biopharma company where PGX is showcased is where the future lies. There has been progress in PGX and a lot of pivoting to try to monetize either a functional drink, anti-infammatory pill (AV), a pill to reduce LDL (BG) and lastly an inhalable therapeutic (PGX Y-BG). The progress has not been as quick as many of us would have hoped to see and without a commerical PGX deal or product the company's valuation remains attractive to value investors who tend to be patient. The addressable market place is huge for this disruptive technoogy in many industries so any success will change the valuation of the company many times over.

Yes agenda for sure I have one .As I stated I want this company to do better. I am more suspicious of the cheerleaders on this thing who want everyone to settle for this terrible lack of performance by CZO. For some reason the Gilles fanboys want to settle for chronic underperformance and complete lack of communication. Arent we all tired of trying to decipher Gillespeak . This could be such an ...more

Right, got it. So as I said, 8 years zero projects commercialized. Thanks for proving my point. Why dont you people want better? The scientist job is to do all the things you listed. The CEO is the business leader who makes the deals and forges the relationships that get the things to market. Nobody argues that CZO has interestung science its the commercial end that needs work. How did we do a ...more

GILLES IS DELIVERING AN ELEPHANT WITH A MACROPOOP "The yeast beta glucan opportunity is also a $1 billion market and after receiving government funding to secure feedstock for mass production CZO believes the opportunity is so compelling it may go-it-alone!  " Amazing! In a previous post prof. you indicated that CZO is a small company and can't do everything. A business minded ...more

As I said before nobody is arguing that there isn't potential in CZO or else we wouldnt have waited around all these years. The question is, how long does elephant gestation take?? :-)

Elephants are rare and difficult. I would be very happy with a couple gerbils.I am amazed at your faith in a man who has never delivered so much a single gerbil in 8 years. I seriously hope youre right, but as they say, hope is a crappy investing strategy.

I'd been around since 2016 with 160K shares.  Got out last fall. The leadership is poor, the communication is poor, there has been a total lack of results with a board that doesn't do anything to rectify the problem.  I have since reinvested and am up over 600%.  Good luck to you guuys..... there is another world out there.

Please stop quoting those dumb numbers. We all know this is the first year of revenue growth in 4 years . If you start at an incredible tiny revenue number like 1MM per quarter anything looks OK on a percentage basis. In absolute terms revenue growth is pitiful, full stop.

I guess we will just have to agree to disagree. I will continue to think that this nice little business with an intersting technology has been handed over to a slow moving unimaginative plodder who refuses to communicate with the owners of the company, and that we all could have and still would benefit from new dynamic younger less french leader who knows how to make a deal. All that said we are ...more

I believe we have the connection with the heart institution and McGill. Obviously those people out there in Quebec so being French is a good thing. I think he could communicate better with the shareholders and we should tell him that. I've got nothing to do whether he's French English or whatever. He doesn't run it like there is shareholders. And he should be told that.

I've been holding and buying more 4 years. One Thing is true, is that all these opportunities are taking longer than then expected. I just I have some concerns that they're not marketing it. And I hope there's a strategy. Cuz I have Empower clinics and I'm watching Steve Market this company. Anyway he seems to be selling his ideas and it looks like it may cash flow. I am arguing for better shareholder outcomes and ways we might work together to get them. Which we all definitly deserve after years of waiting. Others are arguing for more of the status quo. Just sayin.

Whatever, dude.

Please stop talking about revenue growth and profitability as this will be the first year of revenue growth since 2016 and even that is just the up and down in the market for the legacy products, with zero credit to current management. Revenue and profit at CZO would be the same right now if a chimp had been CEO for the last 5 years.

Stockfly, I told you to find that mirror. Your arrival on this board is rather suspect as well so before you call out the "agenda" on someone else, you should find that mirror and look into it. Between you and prophet of no facts (Jenene), you are not doing anyone any favors.  Speaking of facts, why don't you ask Jenene why the company has not officially announced that the ...more
