Futility

In his entire tenure as CEO there have been numerous fantastic new ideas. A grand total of Zero that is 0 of these have been commecialized, This is failure on an epic scale and here we are looking at the latest and greatest idea, from the man who couldnt get even a damn energy drink into the market. This is an idea that people start in garages and yet some are willing to wait years longer while this inept leader chases yet another rainbow. Hell even when he tried to bring more sales inhouse he failed. There are zero commercial successes none, ever, time for change.

So does it mean that after april 2031 no more competitive advantage? Only 9 more years , it is not much when you consider how long CZo take to advance a project. Is it something that could be easily copy , is the end of the patent represents a ral threat? Make sure Gilles Gagnon will never talk about it.

Can be a threat if the company sits on their development or does not aggressively defend it.  There are no patent police.  Typically a business will build in-house know-how or learn some other "tricks of the trade" that are not contained in the original patent.  They may or may not build on the original patented work with more patents (or keep it in-house).   ...more
