I am an investment manager, not a speculator. For your information ISA: I sold Ceapro shares on 12/31!!! and not bought!!! My assessment of the overall situation on the stock market is negative and I expect a decline in the DOW to around 25,000 points. Therefore I also sold my positions in e.g. Verde, Nubeva and some more. I could therefore also imagine Ceapro falling back to 40c or even below.  ...more

As I recall total volume 12/31 was like 90,000 shares so even if you sold all 90,000 still doesnt amount to anything. So what are you telling us? What  exactly is confidential but non important info that anyone can get? Did Gilles confess he has no idea what he's doing? That is obvious, but could be confidential. Calling BS on your entire post.

Fossi, There is no doubt that the overall sentiment in the market has recently turned negative. You have always been positive on CZO so I am surprised by your somewhat pessimistic view. We should be hearing from McMaster on the results of animal studies for Y-BG in a few months. Somewhat delayed is the UofA efficacy studies on sodium alginate and other carriers for CoQ10.  Why the change ...more

Didnt Fossi once state he owns 5% or 3 million CZO shares or am a remembering this wrong? Dude was always and forever a cheerleader along with the Proph. What the heck confidential but open source info did Gilles tell him to make him turn 180 degrees and become super bear.

Fossi, do you still support CZO mangment whole heartedly in light of you recent posting?
Comment by boazklinghorn on Jan 25, 2022 11:43am
Fossi seeing as you are an investment advisor can you explain your rational for buying more CZO in December after the biotech melt down had already started and the failure of the OBG trial when there was no clear calylyst for CZO to appreciate only to sell a few shares to "smooth" the price on the last day of the year. As and investment advisor the idea is generally to maximize porfolio ...more

Boazk, everyone here is aware of your attitude to management - me too. It's clear from my message that I don't agree with everything and everyone. I have sent the message published here to Gilles and asked him to better inform the shareholders in the future. This does not mean that I do not respect the work of the Board.
Comment by boazklinghorn on Jan 25, 2022 12:08pm
There is so much obviously wrong with the performance of the cureent management. Most glaringly that they are now, once again years from bringing any new products to the market. We have all waitind through so many promises and failed product ideas, from the Salon 360 best in show award (When I got interested) to the energy drink that took two years for Gilles to admit was too expensive to the OBG ...more

You say you appreciate the work of the board...Other that Dr. Li I am curious what you refere to.

One final point I would make is there have been no deals made, no partnerships no commercial collaborations  no joint ventures nothing  ever.

Boazk, I like to discuss with people who argue with logical and reasonable terms. Your final points are all correct. But as the saying goes: good things take time. The next few months will show where the road leads us. PS: I greatly appreciate the work of Bernhard Seifried.

Fossi, I hear you. You are right we have two live board members.  Yes we will continue to wait as we are all trapped here together. If you ever want to vote aginst the current regime I have your back. Cheers. BK

These are the reasons why we are at 52 week lows. I just hope that this year is different OR we will be having the same conversation a year from now. Go back to posts from Jan 2021 and Jan 2020 and you will see a similar trend.
Comment by fossi_2002 on Jan 25, 2022 11:21am
Hello Ciao, for better understanding here are some brief details. I continued to increase my position in Ceapro during December and on 12/31 I merely smoothed the market, i.e. slowed down the price increase. I am pessimistic about the overall market and do not believe that without good news Ceapro can completely escape this trend. So this is rather realistic and not pessimistic.
Comment by Ciao on Jan 25, 2022 11:26am
Hi Fossi, I'm in agreement.  In a down market you will need to have a good story to tell to buck the trend. I don't disagree with any trimming you did in December.  Panic selling and fear can put any company's shares at ridiculous valuations.
