Im just going to say it...Running a startup is a young mans game. The old dudes supply the cash and sit in the background and let the young go. It takes real media savvy and endless energy it takes partnerships and colaboration with bigger companies. It takes stock options and a pool of young talent. Most of all it takes an engaging enthusiastic leader who others want to work with. Everything Gilles has tried has failed, every single thing. The only thing he didnt mess with continues to pay the bills. If not for that he would have bankrupted this company long ago. He is allowed to pisss this company away on failure after failure while milking the same business to pay himself for ten years.  Enough yet?
