Any AGM update?

Please share any update if you were able to join in. Had a brain fog moment and wrongly assumed 9am MDT was 12pm EST. Thanks in advance.

On a preliminary count of the votes, all nominated directors were re-elected. It will be interesting to see the final vote count, and in particular, how many votes the Chair recieved. The votes will be tallyed within 24 hours, but they were silent on when they would be published. I was suprised the Chair was re-elected with his landslide Annie performance last year.  In addition to the usual

Thank you Pedro for the summary. I forgot about the time of the AGM today. I have a few questions for you or others who may have attended. 1) AV study, any timeline for when it would finish after initiation? 2) commercial PGX unit, Is the equipment they bought in Germany now in Boston? Thanks

For the AV study, I do not believe that Gilles mentioned how long it would take from iniatition to when it would be completed - I could be mistaken, but I did not take note of it. For the commercial PGX unit, I understood that there was equipment coming from Germany (likely the equipment that had been purchased in the last year or so) and separate equipment coming from Boston. I did not

Thanks Pedro for all the information, much appreciated. I remain cautiously optimistic and hope it works out for all of us shareholders. Will keep an eye on the total votes as well when it's released - curious to see what fellow shareholders are thinking at this state.
