Looking at his linkednl Michel Regner seems to be a very ordinary engineer,  a small caliber like all the others. This announcment today is probably the prelude to a very bad financial Q1.

Maybe a restructuring is needed now, not sure how Mr. Boulet fits in the plan or what he's been doing these past few years.

Jean-Guy is a joke, He is probably Gagnon's brother in law. I am pretty sure he could not explain what PGX is.
