Simple fact

If our dead wood BOD ever sacked up and replaced Gilles with literally anyone with a modicum of deal making credibility who could actually tell the CZO story to the investment community we would be pushing a dollar again in no time.  Oh and as an added bonus no more Jenene. Can I get an amen?

Gilles should keep quiet and resources focused on completing the next set of strategic milestones for the pipeline which are the ones of interest to the investment community and then promote the stock. Taking up management time and resources promoting an avenanthramide pill and fibrosis treatment with no data is a waste of time and money. There is no case to promote. PGX may also be 2-3-5 years ...more

Seriously?? Gillles has been "quietly" taking 50K a month for over a decade and the SP is now below where it was in 2014. Keeping quiet is what has brought us to this sad juncture. According to the Proph  PGX will finally be ready for commercial applications with 3 or maybe less years of patent left. 17 years from patent to actual revenue. How anyone who is not Gilles could think ...more

There's only one poster here that continues to provide Strawman arguments while promoting the status quo and the can do no wrong management team as stellar performance both in corporate developments and shareholder value.    Who know's what the hidden agenda is, if it is not transparent by now.

"provide Strawman arguments while promoting the status quo"   I'm saying that the next set of key catalysts are financed, 100% owned by CZO, and the path to them has been set in motion from Health Canada approval for the avenanthramide trial, to PGX scale-up leading to a potential deal, to the fibrosis trial which has a 'go / no go' decision this summer.  Why ...more

Amen Ciao. I'm speechless at how much time the poster has to defend the staus quo. We all have our own small business to run or a regular job (maybe this is their job) See you all at the AGM.

True, I mentioned XBC a few times when it was sub $1 and it went to over $10. When one has been investing for so long, you might pick some racehorses that become dogs or even dogs that stay like dogs. So because of that, you claim credibility. "Who is more credible?"  IMHO, it's unlikely to be the one that constantly defends the company to the point of appearing to be a ...more

It kinda reminds me of the TV commercial we're a group of monkeys are in the executive board room and a are looking at a chart which shows a downward slide ( just like Czo stock price chart this year) and they are all said. Then one monkey gets up ( could be anyone on Czo's board) and moves the chart around so we see an upward trajectory ( any other company that is better managed than Czo) ...more

boazklinghorn makes the factual assertion, "Gillles has been "quietly" taking 50K a month for over a decade..." CZO's annual compensation is disclosed every year just as with any other company. There is nothing different about it. As for boazklinghorn's claim of $50,000 per month for "over a decade" I quickly did a fact check of the disclosure report 10 ...more

gagnon is a micromanager, this clearly evident in his inability to move things forward in a timely manner. gagnon is not a business man, a business would have taken the ball and run realizing that there maybe times when adjustments are necessary but is not scared away.  We were at the point 3 years ago were we need a business manager to take us to the next level. gagnon May have tried to ...more

Gagnon is a narcissit, plain and simple. For the past 3-5-7 years, where was the team to support the vision? Two significant hires in the past 10 months is a day late and a dollar short... but not for a narcissist. In time Gagnon will likely try and blame one of the new people for whatever he is likley hiding... after HE has been hiding stuff for over 10 years.  Narcissists believe that they ...more

...already is on my wall! You are mistaken however as Gagnon has us mired in the spaghetti. Q1-2023 will prove or disprove that.
Comment by PBaelishh on May 10, 2023 9:49am
...there is one thing you and I agree on, Q1-2023 has to be at least $5.1MM. Judgement day is coming. If Q1-2023 is >$5MM, I will adjust my perspective. What will you do if Q1-2023 is <$5MM?
Comment by Ciao on May 10, 2023 9:56am
Given how weak Q4 was, those orders will be pushed into Q1 so $5M is not a stretch goal by any means.
Comment by prophetoffactz on May 10, 2023 10:42am
~$5.2 million simply allows for 10% growth assuming the percentage of annual revenue distributes quarterly as 2019 which is before the pandemic hit supply chains. Supply chains could have normalized. The question is, given the new agreement with Symrise with annual minimums, does it make sense for CZO and Symrise to produce and ship monster orders in Q1 2023 and Q2 2023 consistent with the same ...more

As I mentioned before,  the ability of the base business to move the stock price is well understood. If we do get a "shocker" of 6 million plus the price will end up in the 60s. Cue the fire works. If we get something with a 4 handle or less the SP will drift lower. Either way we are all waiting for something else to move the needle from here.
