Before the AGM

I believe something big is coming before the AGM, shes a deal down at this level, this can fire up fast on something big, we all know that.

Could be a bunch of developments: 1) A very strong Q1 consistent with Q1 last year that gets a significant amount of that record 61% increase in inventory into partners hands for the coming year. 2) Avenanthramide clinical trial enrollment has begun and further details about CZO's formulation(s) and supporting data. 3) Breakthrough fibrosis data. This is still early data. We await further ...more

"While three global suppliers for YBG were shortlisted (from Germany, China, Brazil), one YBG feedstock material clearly outperformed all others in terms of purity, batch-to-batch consistency, heavy metal content, and available certifications (IFS, FSSC 22000, Kosher, Halal, GMO-free)." While I hope you are correction, unfortunately past history does not support. gagnon has shown time and time again he is not capable to deliver in a timely fashion, from his failures to improve company performance (2022 q3 and q4 results), his treatment of shareholders, 2 years of consistent decreased stock valuations, PGX plant, heart study and so on.  Everything you have stated are just ...more

If these events come true and the share price respectively jumps up....again the share price jumps up significantly ...... I WILL eat my words.....but I don't think Gilles is capable of taking this company to the next level. I expect micro cap stocks to grow far more than 10% per year (most investors do). Ultimately the share price is the market report card and it clearly is telling Gilles he ...more

"I expect micro cap stocks to grow far more than 10% per year (most investors do)." CZO has grown far, far more than 10% per year. In addition to the 10% growth of the base business the avenanthramide pill has been developed(including a second formulation) and a clinical trial program has been approved by Health Canada. The fibrosis drug is before a go / no go decision this summer ...more

Again the market share price is the judge and jury of the company performance and it is clearly showing it to be a failure!!!!! Paragraphs upon paragraphs of words is not going to chnage that fact. If we were still trading in the upper 70 cent mark I would say the market still beleives in Gilles......but going from 80 cents to 50 cents tells me the investing community has no support for Gilles and ...more

"Again the market share price is the judge and jury of the company performance and it is clearly showing it to be a failure!!!!!" How do you know the stock hasn't been the victim of a relentless defamation campaign? Have you ever seen a stock so relentlessly bashed despite so much corporate success? C$20 billion Symrise has complemented the company and signed a new agreement. Ronnie ...more

I think you seriously over estimate the power of the dialogue on this forum. The market in the main doesnt take direction from a few comments on a penny stock website. If CZO mertited a higher valuation it would have it. THe fact that the greater world ignores CZO is all the proof needed that they have done nothing to merit investor interest and a higher SP. You can argue theorticals all day but I ...more

I promise you if Gilles made a deal to get our Q10 into an actual energy drink the SP would move up rapidly. That is what the market is looking for Validation for the PGX and revenue beyond the predicatable slow growth base business.
Comment by boazklinghorn on May 18, 2023 11:20am
It is by now obvious that the base business is only ever going to make one man rich.
Comment by ZoranSto on May 18, 2023 11:47am
Exactly .... well put....and no Bashing....just the way it needs to be.

"I promise you if Gilles made a deal to get our Q10 into an actual energy drink the SP would move up rapidly." You keep pedaling fantasy. All CZO has is a 10L PGX pilot-scale plant. That's it. Just 10L. It is not commercially viable and far from it. CZO has made it CLEAR that this next 5-10X scale-up to potentially 100L will put the company on the playing field of commercial ...more

If this is soooooo far from possible why did Gilles string us along for 2 years with the last energy drink formulation?? Remember that.  Let me educate you for the one hundredth time.  -We sign a co development deal with a big drink co.  -We work with there giant formulation department to optimize the formula.  -The stock price rises precipitiously.  -we raise money at 2 ...more

Well said Boaz .... looks like we can drop into the 40 cent range...seems like no bottom. PS I am have completed my voting.
Comment by Ciao on May 18, 2023 2:10pm
Dropping to the low 40's will be a total condemnation of management. If there's value here (which I believe there is based on the base business alone and PGX if someone can monetize it) then we should see; 1) insider buying 2) share buyback announcement With $14M in the bank, 2M shares is only $1M, if CZO ever reaches the promised land, they can sell these back at multiples of what they ...more

We will have to see if this is the Ciao bottom as he breaks out in utter panic ahead of the Q1 and Q2 financials, the go / no go fibrosis trial decision, and the advancement of the avenanthramide clinical trial, etc.

"If this is soooooo far from possible why did Gilles string us along for 2 years with the last energy drink formulation?? Remember that." You develop your best case and shop it to industry. Having never done it before it was risky. What exactly does industry want to see? In the end CZO couldn't find a meeting of minds concerning oat beta glucan. CZO learned a lot however and now can ...more

Yes, the promised land.... 1) the CoQ10 O-BG functional drink out-licensing deal did not occur in 2020 after advanced discussions and we learned later it was due to the economics of the carrier, nothing else 2) pivot to an economically feasible carrier to solve the problem using Y-BG / SA and positive bioavailability results came in last fall, and results were great 3) if we were in advanced ...more

"3) if we were in advanced discussion and if Y-BG / SA solved the problem, why are we waiting 9 months plus for an out-licensing deal in H2 2023, given that the roadblock of a cost prohibitive carrier was said to be the issue" CZO is putting ~$5 million on this next PGX scale-up plan having had the discussions it has had with industry, having seen the bioavailability and economic ...more

The only thing that counts in the business world is what have you done for me lately. Last 2 years down over 11%. Last 7 years down over 300%, this year so far we will not even get into that. All because of failed promises upon failed promises.
