credibility issues ...
"The decrease in sales revenue for the first 6 months was primarily driven by an overall decrease in sales volume of 61% mainly due to a one-time stocking campaign by one major customer in 2022"
Q2 NR from 8/29/23
vs.
"We kicked off the year with the signing of a three-year renewable Supply and Distribution Agreement with leading global active ingredients provider, Symrise, which served as a major catalyst to our best ever financial performance year in the Company’s history."
Year end NR from 4/12/2023
A reasonable guess would be that the restructuring of J&J into separate divisions could have led them to purchase safety stock in H1 2022 to which they have realized over the past 4 quarters, they have way too much inventory now.
A comment in H1 on the revenue surge of 35% could have been given, but it was not, lots of implications here.

The Symrise deal supposedly has annual minimums but what are they?? If 6 month revenue is a shocking 5.5 million what is the contracted minimum for 2023. Again we have no idea but it would appear to be so low as to be nothing more than a talking point.

With Gagnon you'll never get the real picture , he doest not lie but he does not tell the truth. A nasdaq listing? I am not sure U.S. investors will appreciate his management.

Who is paying for this 100L plant in europe? Yet another change on the fly before the plant in Edmonton is even started? And then an even bigger plant in Canada? What the hell is all this?
