Is a complete waste of time. He has been trolling here forever. The point of the chat is to share info about other stocks we like and why and further to do something about the situation we find ourselves in vis a vis Ceapro. The Proph just distracts from any progress we might make on either of those actual goals. I know Ciao had been working on setting up a meeting with the board but that effort seems to have met a brickwall. Ask me if I am surprised. I keep hoping that Oats will someday get fed up with the endless futlity of Gilles and throw his shares behind the effort to get him removed but so far that isnt happening. I feel a bit bad for Glenn  Rourke who was the sacrificail lamb at the last AGM. One doesnt drop out of the election the night before the vote unless the writing on the wall is in big blood red letters. He was just warming a board seat for years and contributed nothing but that said he also wasnt the problem The question is what now?

Quiet period my big white but, all that is most likley BS. Occams razor says they are just hiding from shareholder accountability as they have always done. Taking their paychecks and leaving the shareholders to take the losses because they can. I just hope there is something left of the company come next AGM.

Sadly by the next AGM there will be no cash left as it will be pretty much the end of the second quarter... is that 6 or 7 straight quarters of losses at that point? To reiterate, the buyers of the base business' product have found alternatives so that revenue is NEVER coming back and so we wait to see what the contracted minimums are.  Gagnon is not terribly smart - don't kid
