Proph, What is the job of a Revenue Officer?

Just curious, it has been well over a year since gagnon has opened the purse string and hired several high priced people to give Ceapro the shot in the arm to go to the next level. Unfortunately we as shareholders thought that level would have the intent to move things upward not downward. Well I guess we must have missed read gagnon's/proph's releases because the stock price has crashed by almost 300% in 1 year, revenue down by almost 200%. 
I guess the most obvious question prohp is to ask gagnon what exactly is the job of Revenue Officier is? and when does someone hold that person accountable?

Priorities have been set for a record capital budget of $7 million or so. CZO has a number of new products being developed such as the preservative free, dry powder beta glucan and avenanthramide. Proph,aka gagnon that is not a business plan not even a plan. It is something that has been stated year after year with no results or definite plan to succeed. It is like a moron chasing all the shiny objects in the field never getting one but wasting energy (in this case money) trying. Thing is, as you know, hiring a CRO does not equate to hiring a magician who comes with a hat that they can pull revenue out of... as - I think it was Boaz who said way back - there are no 'levers' for the CRO to pull to generate new revenue.
