For what? Probably a cronie friend of Gilles from the scam province of Quebec where that province is known for kickbacks in business dealings. As Ciao said, the lack of transparency is astounding. I would add... disgusting and borderline criminal. A formal written request for a "legal fee" breakdown by some members on this board should be initiated. Brutal!

Those legal fees way too high: https://www.simplelegal.com/blog/ma-legal-fees And this ballpark reference is at least 6X lower and for a completion of services or at least a LOI.

I bet the legal fees are for Nasdaq prep work. Gagnon is delusional. Poet Technologies did a 1-for-10 rollback to list on Nasdaq. The stock has gone from $15.00 to $0.90 with delays in product launches.

Poet had a $500 million market cap. CZO has a $20 million market cap.  Even if CZO's base business comes back, which is expected, the stock could double. CZO is also working on other products for launch(powders, avenanthramide malted technology for neutraceuticals) and is examining other sources of revenue perhaps. In the past Gilles has talked about a PGX partnership with a NASDAQ ...more

Even if they 'high jack' macropheds it's 7 to 10 years to get it in marketable product form  and then the same time line to confirm how the receptors behave - can be some overlap of course no matter how we look at it the timelines are 2035 to 2040 and that's assuming any of this goes the distance  seems like far too many projets on hand - a narrow focus with faster ...more

"Even if they 'high jack' macropheds it's 7 to 10 years to get it in marketable product form and then the same time line to confirm how the receptors behave - can be some overlap of course" Are you saying that a licensing deal would add no value to this stock at $.25?   CoQ10 is an approved product. No im not saying a licence deal would add ( or not add) value to the stock im saying what I said  products on market seem more likely in 2035/2040 if ever  I don't think they seek nasdaq listing because they  don't believe in what they are doing i don't know why they seek nasdaq listing simply because they never explained why, when or how  Being a very small ...more

"products on market seem more likely in 2035/2040 if ever" The 10X PGX scale-up expected to be completed next year is commercial-scale and yeast beta glucan is an approved product.

Bta glucan is approved  but it was first marketed in 1985 by Nutralia as an aide to ageing  there is a difference between breakthrough products and derivatives - the former generates real value

PGX-YBG has been 5X more immune stimulative than spray dried yeast beta glucan. If CZO could use 1/5 of the beta glucan to have the same result and have the most purified form it could have the gold standard for quality and perhaps a significant cost advantage. CZO's PGX-YBG is so small it can get inside of macrophages. News release, "McMaster University clearly showed that PGX-YBG gets ...more

If a company executes a meaningful business plan it will be reflected in their share price regardless of the exchange it is traded on. As for M&A partners to which it would not cost $920K in a lone quarter to evaluate, I can think of one company that might work given a similar market cap and the desired NASDAQ listing. This biotech company trades for under one third of its cash given that it ...more

"920 K 920 K 920 Freaking Thousand" When a company with a C$20 million market cap and multi-asset pipeline wants to step onto the NASDAQ big stage before key catalysts and is willingly paying a $920,000 ticket to get there you better sharpen your pencil and think about what might be about to happen.
