rising revenue with no additional capital?

Proph... fossi wants to live in a perpetual fantasy world of rapidly rising revenue with no additional capital required.

If I remember correctly, we have invested tens of millions in our new production facility, with the possibility of tripling our turnover.

What has become of it?
We need a manager who knows how to handle the capital invested.
Gilles is not.

fossi, "If I remember correctly, we have invested tens of millions in our new production facility, with the possibility of tripling our turnover." You have been the biggest promotor of that facility on this message board. You were promoting the desirability of dividends and share buybacks.  Then you moved to PGX fantasies. Your plan for a rapid tripling of revenue was about PGX ...more

"What has become of it?" Carolyn Egbert, Chair of Aeterna: “Ceapro has well-established and growing commercial operations, with potential value-creating pipeline opportunities in large and growing cosmetic and consumer health markets. We believe that the new company will have the capital resources to support this ongoing growth"

Notably she avoids to mention pharma/neutraceuticals which is in the czo recent press release  she however needs to concrete her message  'with potentiel value creating ' is it value creating or not and how much/ when 'we believe the company will have resources' will it have the resources or not and how much /when

Of course Egbert would be all for this, she was most definitely promised by gagnon that her 401 k would receive a very healthy contribution if they could work this deal out before he put her in charge, better known as a puppet regime. Can we all say freedom 55. as for no show Ronnie, since joining Czo, 2 years ago, he has made 3 comments, one when he was appoint, one now and the one last year at ...more

Let's keep in mind that Gilles re-joined AEZS as a board member in January 2020 and at an astounding $980K is the highest paid board member. Don't kid yourself if you don't think the seeds of this merger were not planted years ago, it definitely explains the slow walking of the pipeline and countless delays we've seen. They admitted that formal merger talks were in place in Q1 2023 ...more

Where TF you $980,000? Gagnon makes $150k as director at AEZS

I mentioned this as the source a while back when I quoted it, and said according to this site; https://ca.wallmine.com/nasdaq/aezs/officer/2071865/gilles-gagnon "As the Director of Aeterna Zentaris, the total compensation of Gilles Gagnon at Aeterna Zentaris is $980,550. There are no executives at Aeterna Zentaris getting paid more."

Ciao, "Don't kid yourself if you don't think the seeds of this merger were not planted years ago..." Ciao would be upset if this were the case... - Gilles gets a seat at the table inside AEZS to gain an intimate understanding of AEZS. - AEZS absorbs the costs of building a portfolio of drug candidates to 'go/no go' decisions for clinical trials. - AEZS regains full ...more

I believe that Ciao is correct as that is what I have seen, Egbert makes about $177,000 but you can be rest assured that before placed her in the puppet regime that he promised her the sky, a nice 401 k top up and freedom 55 is she plays ball.

Tencents, "Notably she avoids to mention pharma/neutraceuticals which is in the czo recent press release.."  She explicitly mentions "consumer health markets". “Aeterna’s board of directors conducted a fulsome review of strategic alternatives to maximize value for shareholders and, following extensive discussions, believes the transaction announced today presents a ...more

Exactly she used ´consumer health ´ thereby drifting  away from the czo statement which was specific on what segments of the consumer health market  so did she think specifying the segments as czo did was not appropriate ( too many to be realistic)  a long career in law no doubt thought her that use of too many words can backfire

fossi, why don't you write Gilles and say that you know of a way to rapidly triple revenue with PGX and that you can do it without even investing in a PGX facility. Show Gilles your biotech resume next to that of Ronnie Miller. Tell them that they don't know what they are talking about and that you have received multiple 'likes' on Stockhouse from posters who support your 'zero ...more
