Ceapro Inc > What is the market pricing?
View:
Post by Stinzo on Jan 17, 2024 3:37pm

What is the market pricing?

Is it pricing that the merger takes place? If that's the case the market is saying the new Company is going to 0

Is it pricing that the merger doesn't take place? If that's the case, it's assuming Gilles can't be kicked out or no considerable investor is willing to take CZO over

I feel very sorry for all the lost money I have put into this company

I hear you, we all feel the same way. We need to be mad and demand that our voices are heard. The only way they listen to anything is if they think shareholders might screw up their cozy little deal. Vote No.

The market doesn't have much to go on at this point.  Ronnie Miller is "thrilled": “We are thrilled with this exciting transaction..." Gilles is "excited" and he has a view inside of AEZS and CZO: "This is an exciting day for stakeholders of both companies who share a bright future together.” Carolyn Egbert, Chair of Aeterna, "believes the ...more

With the stock trading below liquidiation value, it appears investors have truly given up hope here, whether or not the merger goes through it's hard to say what the market is pricing. Q4 is already in the books, CZO knows if Kenvue came back or not. We know things are not as dire as the share price shows unless OATS votes for the mreger instead of against it. 2 weeks before the merger, there ...more

Market sees a merger of equals.  CZO market cap today at .165  is $12,918,375.  AEZS at $2.60 is $12,625,278 so essentially equal.  No consideration is being given for the exchange of shares ratio or the .477 bonus share warrants that AEZS get if the transaction passes.  If AEZS goes down from here so will CZO zero credit is given to the underlying business.  If ...more

"If Gilles announces a return of lost revenue both should hopefully go up." There are so many situations like that. We are in an information vaccum until we get the information. WIll the merger happen? What is the plan(more details at the end of the month)? Has CZO's main client returned? What are the terms of a diagnostic deal?  What are the terms of a PGX deal? Will ...more

Surely there are more information needed what happens if no merger - unlikely I guess will there be a diagnostic deal  what market avenues and when for pgx and the scale ups etc and in addition what is the succession plan - age seems a serious factor for the management positions
