Gagnon's next pay check might be in trouble.
It seems that what i tought for CZO'S shareholder will be made for AEZ'S shareholder

One thing is for sure , Gagnon doest not have the skills to manage AEZS it is defently to complicated for him , he can't even manage the sale of a natural product (aventramide) that has no competitor. He was also not capable of managing a clinical study involving Oat beta glucan so how will he do to manage cliniclals studies in NMOSD AND PD.

I invite everyone to listen https://www.zentaris.com/events-presentations Let me know after if you think Gagnon could replace Doctor , by the way a real Doctor , Klaus Paulini. Unfortunately and it is very unfortunate Dr Paulini will probably leave Aeterna.

We know he can't run AEZS, are you forgetting he was the CEO for AEZS for 10 years plus where during his leadership the share price dropped 90% or so. Once again he would be running the company in the comfort of his home in Sherbrooke on a part time basis.

To give a voice of what you think is right for you as a CZO shareholder Call: Halper Sadeh LLC Daniel Sadeh, Esq. Zachary Halper, Esq. (212) 763-0060 Don't take it bad but only after that you will have the right to continue to complain.

Sounds like he took that talent to Ceapro we're share prices have dropped drastically in the 200% plus range and to think he only pulls $600,000 plus out of Ceapro and still pulls $948,000 plus out of AEZS. i do have question, gagnon gets $948,000 plus out of AEZS and Egbert gets $150,000 plus out of AZES who do you think calls the shots?

hopeforthebest, "i do have question, gagnon gets $948,000 plus out of AEZS..." Show us the SEC document where Gagnon is getting "$948,000 plus" out of AEZS.

Proph, the link previously provided Ciao and also a link I found through Linkeden stated the salaries of AZES executives, that is all the proof I need and if gagnon, oops yourself have direct proof otherwise, that gagnon has to produce I will stick with the $948,000.

hopeforthebest, "Show us the actual SEC document. well the garbage you provided looks more like it was written by an institutionalize person enjoying himself." What I showed was right from an SEC document on payments to Gagnon. It showed total compensation to Gagnon in 2022 of C$156,015. You don't even know what an SEC document looks like.

One thing that be done for CZO'S shareholdes is to call one of those investigators and let us know about Gagnon's incompetency with real historical decisions he took , those investigators might have not considered this aspect of the deal and it could be an argument for them to encourage AEZS's shareholders to reject this merger.

FYI, Gagnon was CEO at Aeterna for only 4 years (2003 - 2007)

I stand corrected as I thought I read somewhere he was their CEO for 10 years or so. Do you have a link showing his tenure as CEO for AEZS?

I looked up old news releases. He started with Aeterna in 1999 but was not CEO until 2003.

The bigger point is Gagnon only lasted 4 yrs as CEO before he was ousted.
