Everyone here knows that a consolidation of CZO shares is coming.
It is clear to everyone here - there will be an increase in capital.
Which is a fact:
The fact is that Gilles has led the basic business into the red.
The fact is that Gilles has had ZERO success with his previous promises.
Fact: The pipeline that Proph is expanding every month is nothing but dreams of the future.
The fact is that the stock market likes to anticipate positive developments.
The fact is, this is not the case with either AEZS or CZO.
The fact is that H.C. Wainwright's price target (like many others, by the way) is nonsense.
If it suits you, it will be slashed from one day to the next.
The fact is, that everyone (including Proph) gets their money - only the shareholders are left out in the cold.
The fact is that only Gilles and Ronnie are entusiatic.
- and yes Proph, I believe that part of the pipeline can become a success. It needs someone who can do it - and Gilles can't.

"Everyone here knows that a consolidation of CZO shares is coming" That remains to be seen. The FACT that Prop appears to be working endless hours to promote the merger means that a NO vote may be successful. It will be very close if OATS votes YES.
