Fossi, wouldn't that information be in the mail out? As a shareholder I should not have to go through hoops to vote and if so will have to file a legal suit against the vote. it should also be noted that based on previous filings by gagnon we will not have any information on 2023 yearly and 2023 4th qrtr as he has never filed before the last week of the qrtr. That alone will make me vote NO as ...more
