It appears most of us have received the VOTING FORMS with the control numbers in the mail last Friday.  We have until 1 minute before midnight on March 7th to VOTE NO. No need to delay, we waited long enough to receive the voting forms, VOTE NO now.

Finally received the materials in the mail...three days before the deadline to vote.  You can't tell me this isn't intentional, and yet another reason to VOTE NO.

being a non-resident, I would have never gotten it... Thankfully I submitted special request and just received the codes needed to vote ... a bientot Gilles ...

Hi Tigerpro, you need to call your brokers non-resident desk and ask them to provide the control number in order to go on the proxy website and vote. I called yesterday and got it around 24 hours later by an email address of the broker.

Blantant case of trying to suppress NO votes. Based on the banter here and likely work by their proxy solicitation agent, they know there is little support for this sham merger. OATS will be the deciding factor. Because most of us have received our voting info with less than 7 days to vote, they may be in violation of securities laws. At most they will get slapped but in case the vote is close
