Closing date?

No bloody mention of when merger is expected to close if approved. AEZS fins due March 30.

AEZS expects to hold a shareholder meeting months after merger closing to approve a new name. Waste of money.

In the December 14, 2023 news release it said, "...the Transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2024."

That was before they ended up delaying meeting.

the Arrangement is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2024 from the 15th Feb communication.
