To the longs, has there been past discussions with Tonglin on similar intent back in 2006-07...is this simply testing the waters without speculating. Appreciate some thoughts.

Tongling is Chinese state owned (government) company.   Has very deep pockets.   About 5 years ago they swallowed (take over bid) Corriente Resources (TSX Venture listed,  undeveloped copper deposits in Ecuador)  for $680 million dollars.     Tongling currently own 32% of CZX.    Without a doubt - the potential for a takeover is always there. Agree the 3 majority owners have positioned themselves to make move...who would blink first. Retail investors like us can watch on the sides. $1.50 would be nice as we have been there before. If the zinc deficit is more severe than 10 yrs ago it could propel takeover otherwise we can only speculate...other zinc stocks have moved ahead of CZX so this thing is fluid.
