The PP explains the increase of SP today, definitely. But no sellers between 32 cents and 34.5 cents for 10 minutes says it all. If people wanted to sell so bad, you'll have had orders on the ask every half cent. Makes me think the reversal has already started, or will start very soon. Don't forget SP has increased on low volume as well. Less than 150K today, that's nothing. GLTAL

If people wanted to sell so bad they would hit the bid, not scale orders on the offer. 150K volume on a stock that trades on most days by appointment is actually quite a bit. You might want to run the volume over the past 8 years.   If the stock traded lower........so as  to price it better for the private placement ...well I suppose we both know what that means. Good Point Lastime. I have included my take on the volume number on a previous post but a PP at this time is quite opportune. All the others are @ .40, this one is @ .35 off couse they get to exercise @ .50 cents instead of .55 but this kind of help me with worse case scenario.

You may be right on the reversal but 150K volume is not low for CZX. I'm tracking the volume and the top 25% percentile for the last three month is 183K.  It's has not breached it but it is certainly hovering above the average (153K), yesterday was 141K. Anyways, don't mean to be academic here but I not sure if we're out yet. To your point, there seems to be some hesitation
