10 ans. !!Il y a plusieurs facons de voir les choses.Les CEO des petites minieres recoivent generalement des options ET un salaire.M.Beck a choisi de recevoir des options au lieu d un salaire de disons 150,000$.Comme la compagnie ne genere aucun revenus,il aurait fallu emettre des actions pour payer son salaire,dans ce cas ci autour de 300,000 actions @ 50 cents.
M.Beck a choisi de recevoir 500,000 options exercisables a un prix de ,55 ce qui au prix de ce matin ne lui donne aucun salaire pour 2022...En 2021,il a aussi choisi de ne pas prendre de salaire et les 500,000 options accordees a un prix de levee de 50 cents valent presentement 25,000$...Donc la compagnie sauve 300,000$ en salaire sur 2ans et l'obligation d emettre 600,000 actions pour payer le dit salaire.
Quelqu un dira que les choses vont changer d'ici 10 ans et que le CEO va s'en mettre plein les poches.Regardons de plus pres ceux qui sont la depuis une dizaine d annees.Prenons le president comme exemple.M.Ostroff possede 1 065,000 options recues depuis 2014. 665,000 sont out of the money.Les 400,000 options in the money valent presentement 121,750$,soit un peu plus de 12,000$ en moyenne par annee d'attribution.On ne peut pas appeler cela un pactole.
