What is with the sell orders at $0.40...?

DBG has already traded 694,000 shares and now the sell order at $0.40 is over 310,000 shares..... DBG's AGM is on Thursday... is this a shakeout before big news to capture as much stock as possible, a cross setting up, or just what.....?
