Day may have to answer to Rcmp

"On the mining companys books, Sheslay is known asthe Hat Propertyand is made up of 10 mineral tenures on 6,308 hectares. The province granted the company permits to drill at 45 sites, valid until 2025. Gavin Smith, a lawyer with West Coast Environmental Law, told The Narwhal that B.C.s Mineral Tenure Act does not consider Indigenous Rights and Title and allows any individual or company to purchase a tenure without consultation or consent. And when a conflict like this comes up, the province has few tools to address the situation except for buying back the tenures based on the price they would fetch on the free market." Day said "If the company makes efforts to go out there and work the property, then there may be conflicts on the ground. Wow so DBG has legal permits and in the past took people to court who were blocking them from drilling, it sounds like Day is admitting to become a disruption again. Basically threatening on record. The Rcmp and any judges are going to love to hear this.

sorry I can't seem to add spaces between paragraphs on here when using a mobile device. I add them in however they don't show up when finally posting. Also can't edit so these are all one time shots.
