Shaker, the halt hasn't been lifted, but the trading orders can be put in at anytime, I suspect you have your order in. Farshad is a smart guy and will hopefully see a way out of this. He has put a lot of his own money in the game (skin in the game), he has never consolidated DBG, and has always tried to put the best deal forward. I expect a roll back. To many shares in a venture stock. Once the roll back is in, most of the time of a roll back the price drops even lower.

Yes called my broker, very strange that notification on my broker web portal that indicates the entity is presently Halted,  has been removed yet no resumption of trading notification has been issued. To me this below is very material news that investors should be allowed to trade on. Being blocked from doing so as a method of damage control feels illegal. Ok , maybe the company should be

Shaker, you have a broker, you must be very old.... who has a broker these days... LOL.... as for the halt, they can keep it halted as long as they want. And with all due repect, we and you know nothing that is going on in the background, this could be posturing to get a deal, we simply don't know. We are all going to have to wait, no other choice.

Have to admit since we first starting chatting here lifegoeson, lifehasgone on for over 10 years on this stock and the drama surround our ego-maniac CEO has never ended, as in who is he fighting with now. Thats what having too much skin in the game can do. Anyways when I say broker, I mean brokerage account. Lol

Issue appears to be with my broker, talked to a friend just now and Halt appears still in place with his brokerage, still there should be a 48 hr limit to this BS.
