I'm unclear on what they mean by "reconciliation." Do they mean between Skeena Resources and the Tahltan, or between Natives and European settlers generally? Did Skeena previously have difficult relations with them? Chad Day previously said that the three areas the nation would focus on: Klappan, Ice Mountain (Mount Edziza) and Sheslay. They've worked out a deal for Skeena ...more

NormDePlume.... as you have said, looks like the Tahltan through the direction of Chad Day have resolved two of the three areas (hopefully Sheslay is next.).  It is the old Donald Trump play book using Quid Pro Quo. Chad Day is threatening "give me a deal and I will let you cointinue or we wil take action and stop you forever". They have already been effective in removing about 50 ...more

Tom2K20... this sure doesn't sound very good for DBG. Yet another article coming forward that suggests the Sheslay Valley is one of those areas Chad Day wants to protect. I guess the question in my mind is are there parts of the Sheslay Vally they want to protect or is it the whole Valley. Also, how much of this related to the DBG property, surely since they have been drilling since 2013 ...more
