DBG/FS/Directors should ask Mr W. Coles to mediate between DBG and TFN/Mr. A Day to resolve the issue. Shareholders need to "encourage" this path of resolution. Mr W. Coles has shown his intelligence, wisdom and understanding of the need of cooperation and communication with TFN/Mr. A Day.

Seveneleven, you have posted a number of links to very interesting articles. The question sill remains, can a deal be done given the sensitive nature of the area? Is this just posturing by Chad Day to get a deal or are all cards off the table and no deal is possible. I don't know that answer but it has now been a couple of weeks with no news of significance from the DBG regarding negotiations. ...more
