Not the Hat. The value to the natives in this culturally sensitive area will be battled out in court if need be. They have ancestors buried in the area. Think about it. The days of thinking industry & Gov will mow over these values with complete disregard to these facts are over. The eviction will go through, especially now with new legislation now in play.
