It was never there. I don't know where you guys get that crap from. Why would they exercise now since they have years before they need to. Think and do your DD before you post crap. Ther is nothing fishy.

Perhaps you need to perform your own DD Pai. Check out SEDI. You will find some large transactions have taken place.

Oh for pitys sake. Do you know how to read SEDI? There was cancellation of options, expiration of options and grant of new options, but there was no EXERCISE of options. I have been a long time shareholder and still like the company and management, so I keep up with what is going on.

I now nderstand what you are saying Pai. Somewhat of a disappointment. However the granting of those options could be seen as stage one. Nice perk for insiders ...being able to sit on those stock options with zero risk.

Is there regulations regarding when a company can grant options or can they offer them whenever they choose?
