I don't think it's a coincidence the the recent stock option exercise price is also 30cents. Any thoughts?
Same thing for UNR, at 10cents.

It is just the rules on how options work - they must be issued at the average price of the recent time interval, so no news about the price support, and no coincidence, simply the way they must be issued.
