STOCK IS AVAILABLE AT A STEAL

HI GUYS IM Assuming any of  you regular Longs are probably as strapped as I am or you would have been in buying today! I have been averaging down thru the 30s and high 20s. I wish I had waited a bit, but you never know when its going to lift off do you?   There were a bunch of bids comming in near close and I couldnt resist putting a bid in @ .24 that didnt get filled.
I noticed something strange that maybe someone could help me with.   I sometimes check the U.S. OTC market
( I know its not active and most of you dont bother with it)  Today an odd lot was traded on both exchanges at the same time, OTC 228 shares @ .231 at 15:06
TSX  228 share   @ .25    at 15:06
I have noticed the same occurance on another day and assumed that some one put up a small odd lot for sale on both exchanges by accident.
Now ,happening again ,I must assume it was probably a cross between the 2 exchanges
I know this is probably not of interest to most of you, but having a curious nature, sometimes I learn something!
Does anyone have a theory why the 2 exchanges would interact?
Cheers!

Hi romanko  I also enjoy watching the trading and  find it quite entertaining. I also notice a lot of dumb traders, and notice a lot of stupidity. (especially dumping at market at a stink bid) The biggest down fall for me doing this, is that I realize that with so many brainless people trading, I do find it a little embarrasing that  i dont make more than I do!

Sometimes people need the money for a legitimate purpose and they have plenty of shares already.  Yea, there is some dilution here.  They have some prospective property in underexplored terrain.  The management is legitimate per a couple of newsletter writers that are familiar with the team.  It takes a bit of luck in this business for everyone involved.  Some investors ...more
