FYI...
The selling that ocurred here may have been the result of someone seeing the B3 results in advance of them being made public.. We of course don't know.. the company hasn't disclosed when they received the results.. Its an illegal act to trade on inside or undisclosed information. (Martha Stewart went to jail for it in the US).
I will make the usual complaint to regulators of course.. over the years I've made quite of few of these complaints.. the most recent when PGDs stock tanked on results not made public for weeks.. Let them look at who made the trades and see if there is a link to the company or an employee or the lab etc.
The regulators in this country are beyond incompetent.. they aid and abet the industry.. if you find the sudden selling by Cannacord a week before the results were made public odd ask them to look into it.. the more complaints made the better.. I intend to go after the regulators on their utter incomeptence at soem pont using the FOA etc.. and the more complaints of file about this sort of thing the better.
David Baines of the Vancouver Sun has recently called for a Royal Comission to look into the lack of action by reglators in this country.. I hope all here will support this call for action and contact their local MP , MLAs etc to get the ball rolling. You need and deserve the protection of those tasked wth providing it.. end of story.
I'll post contacts later today.
Take Care!
