Hello Playgon posters -

I have been approached to invest in this company. I take what I'm told with a grain of salt, and part of my DD is to read the message boards. I can see through the obvious pumpers, and I can see the disgruntled investors venting on the boards anonymously. The concept makes sense, I would hope the end game is to be acquired by a bigger player, but in the meantime can this company stay afloat until then? The stock is heading downwards, so I'm seeing if anywone can fill me in why and if they can survive until they do get acquired? Or do I just put it all on 12 Red and have a better shot of making money that way? Thanks in advance to all the replies!

Insiders own a hefty amount of shares. Check SEDI as well to confrim. Would make sense to raise a bit of cash down here as they are running out. I would think at $0.10 and insiders also participating. Their business plan is gaining momentum, revenues and player activity are increasing and they are on-boarding more operators. Exposure to their product is world wide, continuously expanding to new ...more

Insiders own .06% of the company ( Hefty?), cash of $538k (as of June 30), debt of $4.2m. No USA/CDN exposure, No tier one gaming operators, huge monthly overhead Recession or no recession, this company is headed for Insolvency or major dilution Better luck on 12 RED, good luck

Ignore Los Wages . He has a hate on for DEAL, I see on SEDI insiders own 60 mm shares or 23%. have a look yourself.

LOL, suggest you look at Sedi again, if you need help I can paste it in the body or alternatively learn how to do math. Insiders own .06%. Just a realist, not a hater.

Look again. Kathleen Crokk owns 31mm share alone Giido owns 27mm Darcy over 6mm  what that equal?
Comment by LosWages on Sep 04, 2022 4:47pm
LOL, Windbag1, Kathleen Crook is independent and represents a fund, she is not management/board member and has sold a position in the past. The fund files as it owns over 10% Why so defensive?

Thanks Loswages and Windymayor for replying. Good to see I have one of each sides perspectives. Is this software as good as they tell me or just one of many? What sets Playgon apart from the others? Message boards are great to get the real scope on peoples thoughts. I look at the big picture, what shares are outstanding, what price they raised money at and the burn rate of the company. They seem ...more

As I mentioned before expect a financing down here to continue to fund company till they r CF positive, which by the looks of this latest news release should be in 2023. Also we can expect more news on igaming casino partnerships. Casino operators are very particular about who they partner with so this is a testiment to their technology. To understand this sector there are a lot of up front costs ...more

Hi John, Did you manage to buy any stock under $0.10?
Comment by JohnDough11 on Oct 10, 2022 8:33am
No. I did my homework, and I'm glad I did. It's one thing to hear from the "pumpers" how I need to buy now, it's going to 15 cents in a week. Message boards seems to have a better balance, you can see the fluffers and those that are frustrated and lost money, so I look for the happy medium.

Hi. Not sure what category you have me in but there is the Global Gaming Expo next week in Vegas. Let's see if that bears any fruit for the company.  Cheers.

FYI :G2E starts today and they are not an exhibitor , highly doubt it will bare any fruit other than another FLUFFY news release.
