News Release – May 7, 2018 – Stewart, BC – Decade Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce it is using its best efforts to complete a non-brokered private placement of flow-through and non-flow-through units to raise aggregate gross proceeds of up to $600,000.

Decade Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) has provided an additional update to the terms of the financing it announced on May 7, 2018 and May 15, 2018. The Company is now using its best efforts to raise an aggregate of up to $1,410,000.....................
.... 4,615,385 flow-through units, at a price of $0.065 per flow-through unit, for gross proceeds of up to $300,000. Each flow-through unit will be comprised of one flow-through common share and one transferable non-flow-through common share purchase warrant, each warrant being exercisable for the purchase of one additional common share, at a price of $0.08 per share, for a period of 30 months.
The offering of non-flow-through units will now be comprised of up to 22,200,000 units, at a price of $0.05 per unit, for gross proceeds of up to $1,110,000. Each unit will be comprised of one common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant, each warrant being exercisable for the purchase of one additional common share, at a price of $0.07 per share, for a period of 30 months.
- 2,315,000 flow-through units, at a price of $0.065(real price after tax benefit) = 0,04cad.
- 22,200,000 units, at a price =0.05cad.
- 22,200,000 warants 0,07cad. with expiring date 14 December 2020,
- 2,315,000 warants 0,08cad. with expiring date 14 December 2020
