Sorry my file didn't upload.   According to Sedi today, Brian  Morrison is a director at K9 gold and purchased $7600 worth of shares on December 1st.  I believe it also coincided the last time he sold some Decade.....

Thanks Ogny... You have to admit he has effectively taken the wind out of the sails each time he has sold. I hope his actions are being reviewed.

Agreed. If he's selling ahead of results to pay bills and cover living expenses that is one thing. If he's selling ahead of results while buying shares in another Jr explorer at the same time, then he needs to be reviewed and reconsidered. IMO

Atleast he does have a track record of selling so hopefully it is to pay bills however they most likely have "some" of the results back at this time and are awaiting the rest.

He is selling because he is no longer a director of the company. He has about 2.3 million in options and about 1.1 million in stock. This is a total of over 3 million shares for disposal to the open market so this stock will not rise significantly until he is out of shares. I see ZERO rise until he is done. I suspect the company has some results back but r not going to help him dispose of his

Thank you GG! That was my assumption but couldn't confirm. You have to back the brand you work for and he clearly wasn't doing that.

He was voted out at the AGM meeting or the mgt. group wanted him out. I think it was the first, however it really does not matter what the circumstances were, we r feeling the affect of determine selling. 3 million shares we keep the stock price suppressed for a little while longer and then KABOOM. I believe once his selling is done, don't be surprise to see a NR on assay drill results. If the

GG were you around in 09 for the huge pop in this stock? is there a reason that this can't do the same? For reference Pure Gold Mining found 2 million ounces and the stock made it over $2. I know they have since found more.

Yes I was. I believe it went north of a $1.20 but I do not believe this will happen again. If u r going to hope for that type of a return Good Luck with that. This stock is NOT going from 5 cents to a dollar or more, no matter how many years u r willing to wait. I suspect as long as they (Decade) plays ball with ES then life will be good but if they resort back to their old ways u will see an

Can't please everyone GG! I appreciate the honesty more than a pump comment. I agree that Decade probably won't be the company to bring it to production however one cannot predict the price this will get to as they could suprise us with the results.

It is confirmed that the director is still with the company so selling stock and buying another companies stock is still a head scratcher.

Like every Jr explorer a discovery based on drill results and a proven resource (or not) will drive the price. ES has always said he is more concerened with the ounces in the ground than the managment team. Management can be changed but you can't change what is in the ground.

Balance of options held as of today : - 1,966,000. With exercise price: 0.06 cad. and expiry date - : 2023-03-01.___________ I do not think that he have 120 000 dollars to exercise the options.____ Also he have 3 more years to do that.... So why now???____________ He is a proud owner of 1 000 000 shares._______________________ The Common ratio is - 1:2.......means wait till the price goes up to 12

Yes I could not agree more with ES statement, which he did at AZX. Sadly the shareholders there got raped on the deal. LET ME BE PERFECTLY CLEAR, ES could give a rats azz about retail shareholders so do not get to excited he is here and do not think for 1 minute he is the white knight that will save this company because he is not.

He may or may not be, but he did bring us to the dance. He funded this years drilling and may or may not change our portfolio incomes for the better.

there is no way ed is sitting on results and not releasing them. Very illegal. If anything he may be telling the core shack to take their time.

last I checked he only had about 200k left. Even if he had a couple million it will not effect stock price for more than a day or 2. Lots of buyers at 5.5 and 6 cents to easily absorb his selling

It's the principal..  that's like working for Pepsi and getting caught drinking a Coca Cola while you're in your Pepsi gear. Flat out sold decade and bought another company he is director for.  I know if a lot of people did that at work they would no longer have a job.

he dumped a chunk back in august as well during the run-up. also shorts are up big to 487,000.

Sedi indictated 2020-08-20 disposition of 327,000 @ .095 that's over 527,000 disposed of since august. not exactly inspiring.

No it's not but there could be a reason for it. Was hoping to find out what happened at the AGM but have gotten no answers.

It's Ed who is in charge and just bought 500,000 at 6 cents.   But if you're unsure of decade as an investment you can sell and have peace of mind

Maybe the drill results arent coming out before the warrant expiraton and he will have more shares on that date. Pure speculation but you have to wonder as the timing of selling is odd.
