Hey M15. I never knew about OPV until you mentioned & my contact knows I'm HD committed to DEC, so Ed has to be there for DEC. Only knew about Mt Boy. What does Ed need all the mgmt fees for? Randy Kasum part of everything. Wife, Mary was on BoD of DEC just noticed in 2010. Strange world.

Im not sure what is up with him and Randy being involved with so many companies but just be careful with your cash. When one company is run down start a new one could be the theme. I have a question for you all. How do you think they are going to raise the other 2 million dollars if im such a basher lets hear it from the "to the moon" group.

Well I don't know about too the moon group, but I do believe they are onto something here .... hopefully the next news release gives them the opportunity to do a PP at something 0.2-0.3 range maybe more and they can carry on and hopefully hit some good holes in the upcoming drill season. What they've released so far is some decent drill results... I think the market was hoping on bonanza

Big Ed and Randy have not sold one single share since June 2020 acc.to the insider info in this website. Big Ed have purchased more than 2.5 Mio. Shares since Sept.2020 instead. Is this the way they give up the company ?  Ridiculous with the assumption of giving up. The most exploration companies don't hit the Bonanza grades and they get their PP nevertheless. There is no exception, also

At the end of the day unless your name is Felderhof or DeGuzman, you can't make the rocks lie. Ed upped the drilling last year on promising initial indicators.  He upped his shareholdings. Then conveniently a massive warrant overhang expired.   There are lots of reasons to deduce those with the best knowledge of last years drilling are very optimistic about the property.

But we know why the share price is low -- because they keep self-sabotaging with sketchy news releases and/or lack of clarity and transparency; an inexplicable inability to capitalize on good news with positive timely follow-up; and the conflict of interest that is their own drilling operation, which leads to an apparent lack of desire to follow through with any comprehensive
