... there is either a cooperation to develop Tepal with a larger mine OR a take-over right away.
The company gave a news at 13:00 doubling the land possession in Tepal... and then 2 hours later the next news... makes no sense for me... i think the company was also surprised... Just in time is right word :-)

They also announced Daryl Rader is no longer a Director. Rader was a founder of def and is involved with several other Vancouver juniors. Conflict of interests?
