My objective was to evaluate which projects were actually active with drilling/development or going into a new JV as I assume that most of the Royalties are years out, on inactive projects or from historic holdings. But I am very bullish on the prospect generators like DEX as they are the last dog to bark.
My general long term observation is that it's all about news flow to move the share price and going thru all of the Royalties and their status is work that someone might already be current on and would share.
I originally found out about the prospect generators in about 2003 or so thru Resource Opportunities by Lawrence Roulston and was able to ride the cycle...and then also the cycle that resumed in 2009. This looks like close to an optimum entry for another cycle for the prospect generators and since I recently re-entered all of the prospect generators that I could think of.... I'm not up on what is active and what is historically relavant for DEX.
I'm finding that it's actually very reassuring that there is little interest in DEX on the BB...or for most of the prospect generators.
I was more active on stockhouse years ago and my handle was AinNYC....but MonetaryReset seems very appropriate now. I remember when Nixon went off the gold standard and all the discussion of doom back then that would eventually happen to the usd reserve currency status. Ok, the usd did crater then but here we are again in what would be equivalant circumstances in a twisted way.
Well, thanks for posting and I'm off to the other prospect generator BB sites for my weekly check up. If we don't run into a liquidity event this has the potential to be a multi year run where buy and hold works.
