Yes. Terrible time to do another PP when he already crushed the share price with a terrible PP and a bunch of failed PP attempts a month before.  I understand, he wants to sacrifice short term gain to get more miners going ASAP. however, he should have had a bunch of NRs lined up to be released right away after the PPs.  Would have been 10 times better off raising the cash through ...more
