Marcey has always been very frugal with how money is spent and dilution, almost to a fault so spending this kind of cash on promotion is extremly uncharacteristic for her.  They either have something net positive planned or she's gone off the deep end.  The kiesman's and Family owns 10's of millions of shares so what's good from them is good for us.
