So I got hold of TSXV compliance after a long hold , busy call volumes . I have been down this road before . The exchange will only recieve complaints in writing . They will not tell you if they take it further or if they even got it . Also if they do investage a company beyond a phone call they will not inform the complainant . You would only know it became public information .
