This just seems crazy, but just got the form to buy into the private placement of .0.05c shares with warrants. I could really lower ACB with this, also could just lose that much more

So what u guys think. How much of this PP will be financed by insiders? Crazy thing how many shares they can throw away. but it seems a easy thing to throw the shares away when u can cover them for the same price or lower. Nothing good happens until PP is done. Fact. Thank.u jonny boy...NOT

what sucks is these guys orchestrate an nr to get volume to sell into lol.. kinda goes with the territory... first we move it up to dump at 6 if we can to buy a 5ct pp with a warrant.. good deal...

I wouldn't be buying if I didn't think after the PP the stocks doesn't climb over the next year or two. Combine the contracts and dollars in the kitty we could easily do 30cts again.. PP closes a lot of the risk is off... now is not the time to sell but buy. taking another 250-500k if it gets dumped lower...

So you got an invitation to buy into the PP but the company doesn't answer [phone calls normally so I suppose now they will lol..... funny how that works....

Has anyone called to see how close this Pp is to closing. what the interest is. how much insiders are taking or when this closes? I would call but then again the phone never got picked up b4 when i needed some clarification and I know why lol... better to ignore than to get caught in your own words. so we wait and pick up the scraps.

I have tried calling as well, no answer. Yesterday morning I just sent email asking for the PP application and it was sent within a couple minutes. Next Thursday is an invester webinar, so hopefully some concrete updates then as well.

Likely the webinar will be available afterwards.. please update us with what you find out.. I am encouraged by the contracts the past 12months and mostly the large dollar amounts. Once we get this financing behind us we can hopefully move on...

Maybe u can ask them where all shares coming from for dropping this nugget. But probably then u get removed from meeting lol
